What can I buy or sell?
Bikes, e-bikes, parts, accessories, clothing and gear, both new and pre-owned. Each marketplace lists products from local riders and shops.
Can individuals and businesses sell?
Yes. Private riders post ads with a personal account, and businesses register a company account. Some terms differ between private (C2C) and business (B2C) sales, such as consumer withdrawal rights. Help Center
Can I sell across borders?
Yes, between marketplaces on routes where delivery is available. Moldova, Montenegro, Switzerland and the United Kingdom run as domestic marketplaces, and the USA marketplace is classified ads only.
How do payments and shipping work?
You pay through Biklo's secure checkout, and the payment is held by our regulated payment provider until delivery is confirmed. The seller ships with a label or a booked pickup, and both sides can track the parcel. Options vary by market. Help Center
How do I integrate my catalogue?
Import a product feed, connect through the Developer API, or use one of our e-commerce modules. Each module is marked Active or Early access. developers.biklo.com
What are seller fees?
Private sellers list for free. Businesses pay commission only when they sell: 3.9% on bikes and 5% on parts, accessories and gear.
